Getting Started

Your first week onboarding checklist

1. Log into rlpNetwork

  1. Visit rlpnetwork.com
  2. Click the username/email field and enter your credentials
  3. Once logged in, click "Welcome [Your Name]" at top right to access your profile
  4. Complete your profile picture, bio, languages, and areas served

2. Set Up Your @royallepage.ca Email

  1. Go to rlpNetwork > Account Settings > Email
  2. Your @royallepage.ca email uses the same password as rlpNetwork
  3. Access it via Gmail interface after initial setup
  4. Email synchronization takes 20–30 minutes after a password change
  5. Forward your @royallepage.ca email to any personal account if needed

3. Download the rlpSPHERE App

  • iOS: Search "rlpSPHERE" in App Store and install
  • Android: Search "rlpSPHERE" in Google Play and install
  • Log in with your rlpNetwork credentials
  • Enable push notifications for instant lead alerts

4. Complete Your rlpNetwork Profile

  • Photo: Professional headshot (required for listings)
  • Bio: 150–200 character summary of your experience
  • Languages: Add any languages you speak
  • Areas Served: Select the regions where you specialize
  • Contact: Ensure phone and email are visible to clients
Pro Tip: Your rlpNetwork profile appears on your personal agent page. Keep it updated—it's how clients find and contact you.

Access Your CRM

  • Web: Go to rlpnetwork.com/rlpsphere
  • Mobile: Use the rlpSPHERE app (iOS or Android)
  • Log in with your rlpNetwork username and password

Smart CRM — Your Contact Hub

  1. Add Contacts: Import from email, add manually, or upload CSV
  2. Set Follow-ups: Schedule reminders for each contact (calls, emails, events)
  3. Behavioral Automation: rlpSPHERE learns your follow-up patterns and suggests next steps
  4. Contact Timeline: All interactions logged in one place—never lose a conversation thread

Lead Engine — Generate & Qualify Leads

  • Organic Leads: Built-in lead capture forms and landing pages
  • Paid Advertising: Optional Facebook/Instagram integration for lead ads
  • Lead Scoring: Leads auto-ranked by likelihood to convert
  • Lead Assignment: Auto-assign to team members if working in a team

Marketing Autopilot — Automated Campaigns

Daily Routine: Log into rlpSPHERE each morning. Check new leads, update follow-up status, schedule next actions. It's your single source of truth for client relationships.

Leads from website inquiries—respond fast to win them

Where Leads Come From

  • Visitor inquiries on royallepage.ca
  • Contact forms on your agent bio page
  • Home evaluation, market report, and listing alert requests
  • Property-specific inquiries from listing pages

How They're Distributed

  1. Leads arrive via Lead Assign system (you'll get an email notification)
  2. They also appear instantly in your rlpSPHERE CRM
  3. Mobile push notification sent if you have the app installed
  4. Lead status shows as "New" until you engage

Speed to Lead = Success

CRITICAL: Respond to leads within 5 minutes of receiving them. Speed is the #1 predictor of conversion. Call, email, or text—whatever fits the inquiry.

Managing Lead Status

  • New: Lead just arrived—you haven't contacted yet
  • In Progress: You've made contact, follow-up scheduled
  • Qualified: Lead is actively interested and ready to view/transact
  • Not Qualified: Lead lost interest or wrong fit for your services
  • Converted: Lead became a client or signed listing agreement

Important: Lead Routing & Opt-In

  • By default, you receive leads in the geographic areas where you serve
  • Talk to Mike Turner (709-256-7999) about customizing lead routing
  • Some agents opt out of certain lead types—discuss your preferences with Mike
rlpSPHERE Tip: In your CRM, filter by "Status = New" to see all recent leads in one place. Set a reminder to check every 15 minutes during business hours.

Listings Management

Enhance MLS, fix photos, manage marketing

Enhance Your MLS Listings

  1. Log in to rlpNetwork and navigate to Marketing > My Listings
  2. Click Enhance MLS Listings
  3. Select the property you want to enhance
  4. Options include:
    • Add/edit virtual tour or iGuide
    • Upload professional photos and videos
    • Edit listing description and highlights
    • Add property features and amenities
  5. Click Submit when complete

Fix Listing Photos & Maps

  • Go to Marketing > My Listings > Enhance MLS Listings
  • Find the listing with incorrect photos or map
  • Delete old images and upload new ones
  • Verify map pin is correct (adjust if needed)
  • Save changes

Remove QuickQuote™ from a Listing

  • If buyers are enabled to estimate property values via QuickQuote on your listing:
  • Go to Marketing > My Listings > Enhance MLS Listings
  • Find the listing and click Settings
  • Uncheck Enable QuickQuote™
  • Save changes

Create Exclusive Listings

  • Use rlpNetwork to create "Coming Soon" or off-market listings before MLS registration
  • Contact Mike Turner for exclusive listing support if needed

CREA Data Distribution (DDF)

  • Your MLS listings automatically syndicate to royallepage.ca and partner sites
  • Distribution happens within hours of MLS activation
  • No extra work required—it's automatic
Pro Tip: Professional photos, clear descriptions, and virtual tours get 3x more buyer inquiries. Invest in staging and photography early in the listing cycle.

Marketing Your Listings

  • Create automated email alerts for your contact sphere when you list new properties
